Walling off my car...Illegal?

I took out my back seat and built a nice half wall behind my front seats awhile ago and it worked out well. I want to build a full wall in my car right behind the front seats but my dad doesnt like the idea. IS is legal to wall off a car? THanks

Most pickups do yes, and some cube vans do??? Not sure what you ment by that!! But from what i know its fine!!

im walled and never had any probs, i know its ok here or in FL i was there for 8 years bunche park there in miami walls galor, u just have to have side view mirrors.

ill probably end up doing it anyone...it would just be really easy to convince him to let me do it if its legal

not illegal but try driving without a rear view mirror for awhile or without using your rear window to look out

i treid it but i found out it wasnt worth it

Im pretty sure it depends on the state. Call your police station on a non-emergency line and ask them. I have done that several times to find answers to what I can and cant do with my car

You only have to have 2 mirrors and one has to be on the drivers side. If you dont have a rearview you have to have a passenger mirror.

i hearn in ny state its illegal unless you have a backup camera..

haha. I use my rearview mirror a lot. Ill just have to get used to going without it and see how it goes. Thanks for the info guys

Do a clamshell and put some thick plexiglass on the back so that you can see through.

Conside this, dark tint is illegal here because police officers cannot see how many people are in a car or what they are doing, so wouldnt a wall break that same law? Just a question
