wal-mart road hazard question

I have the road hazard service and one of my tires went bad but I don't have the receipts....If I give them my phone # can they just look and see that I bought the road hazard?? Thanks in advance

if you bought it with a card they can look up the purchase and give you a new copy of the reciept or w/e

if you payed with cash .. too bad so sad

well thats atleast how best buy does it i was on the phone with them for like 15 minutes till they said oh.. cash.. no sorry we dont keep records of cash transactions

Don't know...My brother didn't have his receipt and had one HELL of a time getting his rotated and balanced for free..Argued with them for about an hour before they finally did it..Don't know how he proved he bought the warranty though.

Do0d, if you bought it at WalMart, when the arrive to the scene, they'll be able to tell that it is a piece of shit tire, and you won't need to further prove where you got it.

Cause Walmart Doesn't Sell name brand tires??

Walmart Keeps it on record. You do not need your receipt.

Go in, give em your name and number, they will pull up the info and then check the tire so they can prorate it..

UPDATE: I just called my local walmart and they pulled up (by my name & phone number) my tire size, brand, etc etc but that's all it shows, they can't see where i've bought the road hazard. I've traded my tires 3-4 times (flats, etc etc) and always had my receipts and it's all went through with no problems at all.

I was talking to my boss about it (im at work) and a customer walked up (retired from working in a local tire shop) and asked what happened to my tire. I explained to him that I have a bubble in my sidewall and that walmart couldn't pull up my road hazard coverage and he said that the road hazard is for when you hit a spike, run over a nail, etc etc. But a bubble in my sidewall is a manufacturer defect and that I could call goodyear and explain my case and they should take care of it for me. I just emailed goodyear so we'll see what comes of it.

Well i work for wal-mart tire lube and express they should be able to see if you brought the road hazard or not. Your best bet is to go to the store and tell them to print out the work order of the day you purchased the tires with the road hazard, and that should solve it.

Edit: Oh it has to be the store you brought it from.

I bought them in muskogee, ok (bout 1 1/2 hours north of me) but since i've had receipts I was able to trade them in here in mcalester, ok (where i live). I called the muskogee walmart and they don't show it either.
