waiting to get my 2000d repaired..

yeah yeah i blew up my pca-2000d on a dumb wiring quick fix that i didnt double check before i added power. + and - speaker wires touched..thats all she wrote.

so im waiting to get this thing repaired..and the lack of bass is killing me to no end. i have a kicker sx600.2 sitting in my room..so i thought about throwing it on my 2 Fi SSD's till my 2000d is fixed.

now i know the sx isnt 1 ohm stable..and my subs are dual 1's..(this is the part of car audio i **** at..) can i wire my subs to 2 ohm so the amp is stable..will this harm my subs in any way?

u can wire the subs to 4ohm and bridge the amp

ill look into it. keep in mind this is only temporary !

well u cant wire BOTH subs to 2ohm, so ur choices are wire 1 to 2ohms or the pair to 4ohm and run either option bridged on that amp
