W7, Brahma, or idMAX

Im looking at getting a single 12, I want better than good SQ with lots of SPL. I definately dont want a 15, & i need to get the sub for under $500. Im pretty sure i can get a 12" w7 for $450 or less, the brahma is $375 from ampman, & im not too sure about an idMAX.

Also, for the brahma, whats the difference in sound from regular mounting to inverted mounting???

If anyone has different suggestions, please feel free to give input, but i need prices, & box sizes with ur suggestion.

The difference from standard mounting and inverse mounting is absolutely nothing. Just remember to switch your + and - wires on the subwoofer to keep things 'in phase' with the front stage.

ID Max you can get from sounddomain for I THINK 450.

All of them are darn fine subwoofers- I doubt you'd be disappointed with any of them.

Yeah, any of them are good.

You can find brand new IDMAX's for under 300 on ebay from some good dealers.
