w6 / w7 allternatives

well, the name says it all. i'm looking for something comparable, great SQ that get get loud. BUT, i need something that will work good in a small box. like 1 cube or less, without displacement. the space i'm putting it in is right next to each tail light in the opening between the wheel well, and the back of the car. I allready have a BXi 2006D amp to push everything. thanks for your help.

do you have enough money for a W6/7 and just looking for alternatives?

or don't and want to know what is comparable but cheaper?

alot will compare...

try a pair of DD 2512's with around 1800w.

and tune the box to around 32hz

1 cube or less? thats really not that much volume to get a sub loud. i have my mag in a 2 cube ported box, and i think that is pretty compareable to a w7.

SSD's only take 1-1.5 ft^3. and they get loud. 6'' mounting depth too. vs w6/7s like..8 or 9 inches i think?

Arc Audio Flatline 12d2. It gets loud and and only takes .9 cubes and about 1.25 with displacement. It gets down right nasty. I have one for sale.

yea, 1 cube is tiny, my trunk isn't all that big, and i need to save as much room as possible. i'm fiberglassing the back to form to the carpet, then the front side, witch i have allready made, is outa wood. the reason i bring the JL's in the subject is that i have a 12w6v2 in there now. sounds great, take a big chunk of room though. plus, they are pricey //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/greedy.gif.5a53e6246569d7ab79867170f3b06629.gif I have a set of Alphasonik PSW810's that i'm putting in the little ladys car. they don't take that much space, but i've never heard them, and they don't look like SQL subs anyway. but i'll look around at your sugestions and see what i can come up with.
