that belongs in the "no shit" category //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gifNobody is bothering to mention the down side to the W6. It would require a considerably bigger box than the 10" W7 would.
Just throwing that out there.
very nice...to bad I dont have the money for it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
I have the stock Navigation HU from Chevy/Bose and I'm happy with it..
I wanted to keep the system stealth and not change the HU unless it was a necessity.

I see, then any thought of a signal processor or line driver, to integrate after market amps into your factory setup, JL CleanSweep, Rockford 3sixty, I am sure there are more but those 2 seem to be popular. Also not 100% sure what would be best to integrate.
I read that the cleansweep is the best OEM integrator..I have the stock Navigation HU from Chevy/Bose and I'm happy with it..

did you read the posts? everyone suggested bigger drivers until he stated exactly where he was going to put it. Then drivers that would sound just as good were suggested so that he wouldnt have to use as much space or spend that much money. A single fi q 12 would more than satisfy him and I would choose it any day over a jl...that is however my opinion. What are you looking for from the system? If you're looking for good sound at reasonable levels, I'd actually go with one of the smaller JL drivers to save some space. It will still have plenty of output. The people suggesting several big subs in ported boxes and lots of power mostly wouldn't know actual good sound if it slapped them in the face. They consider "loud" and "good" the same thing. If quantity is the only quality that you care about, sure go with something other than JL. If you want a sub that sounds great with music, JL is an excellent choice.
I would place the majority of my focus and budget on getting good integration with the factory headunit and getting the best front stage that you can afford. The sub is only a tiny part of the total sound of the system.
