You know that is for (1) sub right?

Lol at ignorance. Depends on what you want it for. An L7 is more SPL, and will be way sloppier than the w6. The w6 will be almost as loud, but way more Sq-oriented. Having had both a 15" L7 and 3 10" w6's at the same time that I switched between, I'd go with the w6's all day.an L7 would murder a w6.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
Since when was an L7 an SPL sub!? I lol'd at your ignorance. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifLol at ignorance. Hope you're being funny... it is not an all out SPL sub. it's just a sub that gets loud and lacks in SQ for most applications. It can still have some decent SQ if the install is good. Def shouldn't be compare to a w6 tho.Since the beginning of time. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
Let me put it this way, people don't buy L7's in order to have a smooth, articulate sub that blends well with their front stage. I'd also bet that they have won more spl trophies than sq ones. What do you mean by "all out spl sub?" What fits that in your opinion? I'd put the L7 in the same application classification as a btl, dd9500, hdc, etc...just lower power handling.Hope you're being funny... it is not an all out SPL sub. it's just a sub that gets loud and lacks in SQ for most applications. IMO, an all out SPL sub is a sub that can handle 10k-20k watt burps. Just a single sub, ex are, the T3 TSNS, Solo X 18", Soundstream xxx, etc. I dont categorize an L7 as an SPL sub. Of course using multiple subs in an application constitutes the setup to be more SPL driven. But you know as well as I do that in the right box and tuning, any sub can sound loud and have good SQ. Most ppl who run kicker L7's are newbies, and they do it all wrong, then post their setup all over youtube for other newbies to see, and the cycle continues. I dont like the L7 series, but I do know that they get loud and would be louder than the w6.Let me put it this way, people don't buy L7's in order to have a smooth, articulate sub that blends well with their front stage. And IMO any sub can have decent sq if put in the right box...doesn't mean that's what's "best" for the sub, or what it was designed for.

EDIT: You cant compare 1 15" L7 to 3 10" w6's. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif Of course it's gonna sound different genius. EVERYTHING depends on the install.
You're dumber than a box of ******. Just STFU and move along. I was comparing 1 15 to 3 10's because 1)he didn't specify what number of each he was thinking about using and that was my experience and 2)the handle copmaratively the same amount of power. So take you and your nasty, fat assed avitar pic and go home.
