Heres a wared 1 for you guys. I get Vol to cd to all 4 speakers you can here voice and all. DVD you hear music and bass but no Voice but in credits you hear voice? Not sure about with the radio, but it sounds like you have something set so that when you play a DVD it puts it out in 5.1 surround sound, the voice from your DVD is going to the center speaker but since you don't have a center speaker you can't hear the voice. You can hear the voice on the credits because it was most likely not recorded in surround sound.

turn bi-phanton "ON" in "multi-channel setup" to get voice while playing DVDs. i have no idea about your radio problem... did you make sure to plug in the ant. to the unit?
