VW golf MKV RCD 300 to RCD 320

Hi team,

Trying to upgrade my headunit to a RCD 320 from a RCD 300.

Using the exiting cords everything works besides my steering wheel control and my MDF.

Can anyone point me into the right direction of which adapt i may need to purchase?

I'm also confused as to why its not just a plug and play with these two default VW headunits.

Any insight would be appreciated

To my knowledge you need a canbus simulator for it to function properly.
