Why are school shootings an American phenomena?

Schools get shot up in other countries but it is usually not by students.

I would say stronger family support, but I am not too familiar if Iranians have very close family ties. The Chinese typically have grandparents living in the home.

HOLY SHIT. It was an Asian guy - 33 confirmed dead, 20+ injured.
