Actually it was created by the government with cooperation from IBM as early as the 1960's and 70's. The "internet" as we know it today is HTTP protocol based, so any idiot in their momma's basement can throw together a website and post it on the "internet"..... If you want to get technical about it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Before the "internet" we had bulletin board services and other dial up networks that would interconnect servers around the world in a form of 'internet', if they had SLIP/PPP enabled.
I don't believe a word Obama says. He told everyone that the troops would be pulled out of Iraq within 6 months of him being elected. Instead, he sends 30,000 more into Iraq and invades every other country in the area. He's not getting anyone's vote with those tactics. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
