vocals from my sub...need help

i installed a sub in my truck yesterday and when i listened closely i could hear vocals coming from the sub...i didnt know if that is suppossed to happen or not...if its not then will it hurt the sub to have that happen???...do i need to buy a crossover to keep this from happening???

your amp should have a low pass filter. Might wanna turn it down a bit.

my amp is the infinity betadigital 100 i dont kno if it has a low pass filter on it

You'll have to buy an external Xover (check out Audiocontrol Products)

look for a switch that says highpass,lowpass and off[or bypass] in some abbreviated way than set that to highpass.
