Viper d1200.1 refurbed :(

And, when I got my refurbed amp(that was supposed to have a sub remote control and didn't) it also had the pins bent in for the power cord, not sure how I'm supposed to secure it in there.

Anyone know if this is atleast somewhat normal or if I'll need to do surgery to install my power wires?

Competition Soundworks. And it's funny, I got the amp from them instead of ikesound because they had 100% feedback and said they'd include the sub control knob.

I got it with this bent up, and the knob was nowhere to be seen.

i ownd one there suposed to b that way it pushed down on the wire for a better connection

I have a viper d300.1 and my wire connections look just like those.

Just take a small screwdriver and slide it in there to push it down and when you insert wire and tighten the screw actually pushes it back up for a nice tight connection
