Viper 791xv?

I have a viper 791xv alarm installed and when my alarm goes off it doesnt vibrate or beep on my lcd remote, doesnt say anything, when i press panic mode though a siren icon appears but thats it anyone know why? Do i need to do something to the remote in program mode?

you probly accidently programed it to not respond back to u break out the owners manual and read how to get it out of that feature, i forget how to do i and have been meaning to do it to one of my remotes

my lcd remote has a button marked with a P on the back next to the battery cover. Once you enter programming mode its easy just push the button until you find out which one controls (silent, vibrate, sound) and the other button controls lighting on and off. its either the lock or the unlock.
