Ok, well ive double checked all the wiring and I still dont know the problem. The only thing I can think of is the purple wire that supplys voltage is only giving 6 volts to the starter. The remote start engages(b/c I can see all my acc. coming on) then shuts off then repeats 2 more time until it finally gives me that little chime on my remote meaning that it failed. I dont understand. All my acc. come on but the starter never turns over.

Are you actually measuring the starter output voltage and getting only 6v? If so, measure each of the heavy red wires connected to the relay pack and see if one drops to 6v during the remote start cycle. If it does, then you may have a poor connection on the red wire. If it doesn't, then you may have a defective relay pack.

If you cut the starter wire for the relay pack connection, make sure the green wire is connected toward the key switch and the purple wire is connected toward the starter.
