viper 12.1

Word that a little better/ describe a little better.

I'm not sure what you are saying.

If its wired at 1ohm why would you need to drill holes for new connections?.

Just bridge the amplifier.. If the speakers are wired to 1 ohm, then you will get ~600w per sub.
No, the Viper 1200.1 has 2 sets of terminal for eez of connection, if you only have one sub then just use one + and one - and if you have 2 subs then use both, its the same as the brutus line in hifonics.

I have a question about this also. I have the same Viper amp with only one sub right now but when I get my second sub I know the box will have the two subs (which are dual 4's) seperated which stops me from wiring them together to get 1 ohm. If I wire both subs to 2 ohms and put on sub on each wiring of the terminals what ohm load will it be to the amp? I need it to be 1 ohm and the box if pre-fab that why I'm sure the subs will be seperated.
