I've used it and it looks and works great! If you decide to use to cover your box trow it in the dryer for a little bit. Sounds dumb I know, but it makes things a lot easier

I've never used a hair dryer but I don't see why it wouldn't work!! I don't have any pics but I could get one tomorrow. My cousin (ricerdude) has a box with 4 xtr 12's thats covered in vinly. I'll get a pic tom. for ya

Here is a box I built awhile back for my buddy's Tiburon, as you can see it is just plain black vinyl but I think it looks better than carpet. I am in the process of building a new box for my HCCA and it will also be covered in vinyl. I am putting an embossed design on the box before I cover it, I should have pics of that one up in about a week.

how well does vinyl form to contours? Im working on a fiberglass box and will either have it painted (expensive and a pain in the ***) or vinyl it if I can strech it enough to make the curves look alright.

im sure that it forms really well just because of the nature of the material...
