good for you, buddy. What's the driver? What's the amp? What type of box is it in? What's the box tuned to? You may be louder indeed, but have the equipment to back up your statement.

FYI: Q's get pretty loud when given around 1K W.

yea but my box is well crappy but fine for now. its tuned a little to low and it isnt braced, i cant brace for AS1 anyway.

Well, don't back down now. What's the equipment? You said that you were louder...................Don't shy off now.

There are plenty of daily street bumpers that are louder than me, and that's for sure. But for you to make the statement that if that's a Q then you aren't loud, then you really don't know about the FI line. Hell, even the deg on SSD's get stupid loud.

eh with a 4 gauge power run and a 40 doller batt i did a 141.9 at the headrest at 38hz. i am getting metered with my seat down this time wit my electrical upgrades this sat on music. ill see what itll do in AS1 with 50 amps of fusing

also when i did that score a guy had a solox 12 off a zx 2500 and i was less than a db away.. that why i stated the btl thing

Pretty sweet setup to the OP. Don't let anyone get to you here lol. There's allot of dogging on here, but you have to realize this is a "Car audio" forum, so most everyone on here has more intense setups then the people you will run into in town. Reason is allot of people do competitions, etc. on this forum. If your just driving around the city that setup is plenty plently loud enough. I'm thinking about putting just one ten, or one eight in my new car. I still haven't decided yet. Is there anyway you could get a video of how it sounds just inside the car? Thanks bro.

yea, now i kind of feel bad for starting out like everyone else, casually upgrading and generally asking questions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif i dont really care which one of them is louder, and what anyone thinks of mine. i posted it because its my first halfway decent sound system, and im proud of it. end of story. ill upgrade again, and when i do i hope people can just appreciate my hobby instead of turning it into some lame game of "thats not loud, mine is. pfft, get this, get that. do this, this will be better"

My sentiments exactly. As I said before, you have a very nice install and I bet your sub gets the job done and does so nicely for your desires.
