300kph = ~185mph iirc. it is the regulated speed of all new motorcycles since ~2001.

hayabusas pick up speed like no other stock sport bike can, but, they are heavy and clumsy compared to the much smaller 600 and 750 versions. taking off from a dead stop and around the corners, i've whipped on 'busas with a gsxr750 many a time. busas would always spank me in high speed runs though(duh). i never wanted to go that fast anyhow(175mph is as fast as i've ever traveled on a bike)

thats crazy , he hit 220 at 10 grand and pulled it all the way to 11 , i'm sure that bike had a little more in it
