Different crimes, same underlying body of facts. It really is bullshit.

I don't like fighting dogs, in fact I rarely do it anymore, but 23 months really is enough. The state does not need to go after him.

I feel bad for Barry Bonds. That's messed up that the cop originally were looking on property that he owns but does not reside for drugs and found dog fighting shit. I guess I will take a pop shot now too.

23 months? That is a joke. Kobe rapes girls, OJ kills, Michael rapes lil boys, Jamal Lewis sells keys of coke, that one lineman from the chiefs rapes lil girls, Ray Lewis accused of murder, all those and none of them went to jail except Lewis and it was for 6 months.

No, so far it's 18 months with good behavior and 3 years probation, nothing less.
