Different crimes, same underlying body of facts. It really is bullshit. I don't like fighting dogs, in fact I rarely do it anymore, but 23 months really is enough. The state does not need to go after him.

They don't need to but they sure as shit should. Any other person would be subjected to the federal AND state courts, so should this prick. /Story
