I haven't read this whole thread, so I don't know if it's been posted, But IMHO it's not because vick is black.

1) From what I understand his (fake)boys snitched on him, he's rich, even if he didn't want to he should have payed them off to keep their mouth shut. Then he wouldn't be facing some of the charges against him. It might have worked. They would come out richer than they've ever been, and they were going to jail anyway, so...

2)He did terrible things to animals. Whenever mistreatment to animals gets brought up, it touchs a lot of people.

3) As far as the snoby rich bltches, their charges don't compare to his in the public eye, but they did get as much, if not more press. Just like several black players who got off time and time again. Remember dwight gooden? Michael Irwin, etc...

So come on fellas don't use race in this.

no need to get all defensive. i never once said ONLY blacks fight dogs. no need to get all tom joyner morning show on me.(some of the most racist people ive ever heard talk but thats another discussion)
just do some google searches on pitbull fighting and search for a couple of rappers. you will see they all own the biggest and baddest pit bulls. just a little suspicious. i guess the next thing you are going to tell me is that snoop dogg really did quit smoking week right?

It was implied....... And just because a rapper owns a Pit Bull doesnt mean they fight them. Rapper DMX has a big *** tattoo on his back that says, "one love boomer" boomer was his pit bull.

I still feel that it was more about the person involved rather than the act itself. If he were you or me no one would care. I mean how many people get DUIs a day? If a star gets one it's all over the news and everything. Like i said i could care less about him, but it's funny that everyone has such strong affinity to wards him now that this is going on.

It came out that he was carrying a water bottle with a secret compartment that had weed in it on a plane. Then it turns out that he wasnt smuggling weed on the plane.

The jersey sales thing......... it was a comment as to the black/white thing. clearly over your head. I'm sorry. And if this is still too hard to understand (the fact that racism is alive and well in sports) I'm sure there is a thread about amp kits or tweeters you can lend a hand to.

keep up with me. fire can mean some good weed, it can also mean heat from police/media. I musta been sleeping when they denounced that claim. I dont even care if he smokes, s**t i do too, i thought it was a little fishy anyways because if he did want a smoke why sit there playing with a water bottle when all you need to do is make a few calls.

That is so dumb. First off, I do not hunt, I don't like it. That being said, you must have a PERMIT to hunt, and it helps to control the population. You are supposed to make clean kills if possible.

What Vick did was DROWN dogs and HANG dogs if they were not up to fighting standards. If they were up to standards? Well then they got put in a pit and fought to the death.

Also, are you saying there are no black hunters? ROFL.

I killed a deer yesterday.

The running total is $115.

Which does not include the $360 I paid for my grill. If it would have been up to me, I would have left the deer the hell alone.
