Vibe audio black death bass 1 mono amp 2500x1

Anyone know anything about these amps? A local dealer here swears bythem that they will do rated power and are well built. It's for 2 dc lvl 4s and I think the cescendo 3k might be a little to much power for daily. Not so much on the subs, but on my stock electrical. Doubt I'll be getting a alternator for this car just probably a xs 3100. Yay? Nay?
