sounds to me like your sub decided to take a dump on your life... hope you find whats wrong quick.. i hate to see ppl lose their bass like that.

Also... Check to see that the suspension and the coil of the sub are free. I had a case where the magnet slipped on a sub and it kept the sub from moving at all. it played mids/highs though.

Yeah, i made the " ;o " face because i really already tried that a long time ago....

Put it on the inside and the outside of one RCA, then double the reading. That is your voltage. (or that is how Ive done it in the past)

i'm going to use my friend's DMM tomorrow and check every single connection, hopefully I can figure something out... just sucks. Very annoying...

I was hoping there was something blatantly obvious that i had perhaps missed that someone could explain to me, but that is not the case apparently...

Good luck! If all else fails, disconnect the battery cable/all power all night (or for a few minutes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif ), then hook it back up in the morning. THis will reset your amp and your headunit, maybe it will work then. What a stumper this is...
