Very quick Eclipse Al & Ti basket question

I just looked at a set of three Eclipse Ti's or Al's or ......?

From what I gathered in my research is that the basket is different between the two. 4 spokes compared to 12 spokes.

The subs I just looked at have the 4 spoke basket (like the Ti's), but they are chrome plated...what looks to be cheap.

The person selling them, told me that they are three years old.

Any idea if they are indeed true Ti's?

pics? im inclined to believe that they are a recone, where the person had the baskets chromed, or a knock off..
