I'd say 9/10 cosmetically. Couple little scratches here and there, scuffs on the mounting feet.
Works 100%, nothing wrong. I ran it 4 ohm stereo since summer. Sounded great and never even ran hardly warm.
Has great xovers, I actually used them to run active. Maybe not the best way, but they go up to 5khz, and I used the HPF on my HU.
Great way to run a budget active system!
Also, it is dirty, it'll clean up and look much nicer than pics.
Make offers and trades! Worst I can say is not. Hell, lowball me for all I care. You might get lucky.
