Well, I don't think I'm gonna worry about it to much since I'll probably keep this explorer as my project car. Just needed to find out what the pro's think so I can tell my dad its really not a big deal.

i ive probably never been above 145 maybe close right now with 1 1500 on the 9515 but my trunk latch grinded away from excessive bass needed a decent amount of mdf bracing on the rear dash at 150 i imagine you will get some serious flex so shit willl f up

It could tear older cars up. My 91 caprice's fender's bolts came off last year from it.

My rear hatch window vibrates so hard I'm pretty sure it will break soon when I give it more power. Plus when its raining the water comes flying in from the window clattering.

Any ideas on how to make that stop?

ive noticed my car getting more rattly then before the last few systems. but other then extra rattles, everything else is fine. i think the car audio has helped it because before the subs i had electrical problems and now, i have overkill electrical.

as soon as you take out a stereo in a loud car it sounds like a pos with all the rattles and stupid shit that broke, my blazer still has the door latch on the drivers side ripped half off. basically if you like the car or plan to sell it with out a ton of rattle hunting don't get all that loud
