If the sub firing direction is the same and if the port firing direction is the same, then it's doubtful you would be able tell the difference.

Any difference you hear will likely be the placebo effect

a very accurate rta may pick up differences, but only very slightly

Pretty much what everyone else said. Maybe a little more port noise on the larger box

Thanks a lot. That's the scale of the difference RE calc introduces when converting to slanted box according to BassBox 6 Pro. 0.2Hz or so at the tuning frequency would be insignificant I think.

I built a regular box but I miscalculated the space on the top side and now it won't fit for 3cm. I'm building a new one using RE site that will take the entire space available. Correctly this time.

Nvm RE calc, I just learnt how to calculate slanted L-ports. Thanks for ur answers though, good to know that when u actually cut the wood it doesn't matted if u go 1 or 2mm off.
