So what is vaping all about? Is it addictive or harmful in any way?

It's only addictive if you chose to make it addictive. Everyone has their opinions on it honestly. I started vaping to quit smoking cigs and ever since I have yet to smoke one. It also is a fun side hobby/lifestyle. Only way it can be harmful is you straight drink a whole bottle of juice and that's mainly because the nicotine that is in it.

You can buy liquids in 0mg( no nicotine)

I started with 24mg and I'm down to 6mg now. 10 months cig free.

I use the 6mg of nicotine. Hardly any throat hit but enough to keep my mind off cigs. I can be around a bunch of smokers and have 0 urges to want a cig now that I been vaping. It's at least worth a try raptor
