Value of used D6 1000.1 and 600.4?

I have a diamond d61000.1 and a d6 600.4.... thinking about selling them.

Anyone have any good estimates of their value?

-the 1000.1 is almost perfect cosmetically, the 600.4 has a half-dime sized blemish.

-both work 100%
