Valor IDA-700w-F

The DvD feature of my Valor isn't working. I can hear the audio of the DvD that I put in, but instead of seeing the movie there is just a blue screen saying something along the lines of, "Attention, do not use this feature while driving," The car is in park so I don't see what the problem is. Any suggestions?

Also, I just bought the car, the system was already in it, but the user manual was not. Otherwise I would figure it out myself.

ground the parkiing brake wire. should be pink on the back of the radio
