Valor IDA-700W 7" in-dash???

Anyone have experience with the Valor IDA-700W 7" in-dash dvd player?

I have one in my caddillac i messed around it with it and made it so you dont have to put it to park to make it work (WOOT) andyway i short circuted mine and it got messed up on the dvd player part when i jumped the car with the bmw lol hey can you do me a favor? please tell me the number fo their customer support please?

I use to sell them, but to many warranty returns so I dropped the brand. I would consider the Phase Linear UV8 should be cheaper and still have touchscreen, and I have never had a warranty return on them.
