USX800D for 2 12" eD Ks?

Would that setup work good? My install will be based more on SQ than SPL, but I want to be able to play loud enough to blow all my friends crappy Sony subs out easily. Would 300 to each sub be enough? I'm getting the new 12" Ks. If anyone could recommend a better amp around the same price, please tell me. I really need a Class D amp.
