i have the receipt from online but then they charge us extra dimentional weight when we got to the post office and gave us a different receipt and no tracking # we even asked for one and they said no

well you should of gotten delivery confirmation for the extra $.40, as for insurance you need to present the receipt and the insurance receipt to claim it otherwise your ****ed. What can i say if you ship without insurance or a Proof of delivery eventually it will bite you in the ***. cheapness never prospers
