No offence, but I think you mean "at will" not "free will." And that does not necessarily mean that you cannot sue an employer. Check with an attorney if you think you may have a legitimate case.

lol at ft wayne best buy they used to think you could hit a 39.99 psp on 29.99 cd players at will. i did it 2 times in a day and they expected it everytime. PERSONABLE sales arent done by numbers and offering people internet service with everything was about as Mcdonalds as it gets. if a person needs accessories show them and explain them dont automatically throw the most expensive thing at them. they lose a few sales that way and that doesnt show up on paper. you really take care of your customers you wont need the tracking sheets or live/die by them. one day in mid october i made 22k in sales in car audio in 4 hours with next to no help sales were high psps were a little low andassories were high. think they said anything about not having help? no all they cared about was the psp numbers lol. i almost got the impression it was more important to get all the psps than to get people waited on to buy their early xmas presents..

me? i did both and i could get a psp about 7 out of 10 times if i wanted to pull teeth but after a while pulling teeth gets old and people dont use it for what it is for. as far as the instalation goes i dont like not knowing what im going to be doing as far as hour per hour and at times get hit with 8 cars at once...i come from the time i control what i do so to me it sucks. i like to make sure everything is tip top shape. funny thing is i made more money doing it my way (course i made more on the work) and didnt get caught uptrying to do 4 cars an hour. slam bam installs aren't / werent my cup of tea. not only that them calling the labor free hurts over all what an installer should make. one person sees that its free someone else charges 35 bucks. they think oh that is outragous not noticing that they got took on the cost of parts from the free labor shop lol. my phylosophy is shoot straight or dont shoot at all. i am customer driven not numbers driven. if i control and know how much things cost id work deals to get the customer what they want and make the store money at the same time. in a commision based sales set up i was always golden and customers always got what they wanted and knew they got a good deal. another thing i hate about those types of stores is the time expired gift cards..those are a joke.

funnah thread.... I feel ya though man, I never worked at BB or even would even slightly consider it even if i was dead broke and about to be on the street but even I know they treat people like total shit. Its a fast food style employer, i mean ...duh.

Advice : dont get a shitty job in retail.....I know people at Mcdonalds that gets treated better.

I didn't have a bad experience with the general manager of the store or the other managers. It's just this guy got really shi.tty with me when I asked if his tattoos were real or fake, since his tattoos on his arms were yellow stars. After that point he continued to piss me off, such as sometimes when I would ask him a simple question, he would tell me to shut up. I tried talking to the general manager but he told me he's just joking around and thats just the way he is. I shouldn't be angry at BB since they did nothing to me, it's just this one guy only. It was wrong to take my anger out on BB but I just needed to vent my anger. I could regain my job back, but it's not worth it since I need to focus on school and that's the reason why I quit. Overall the store I worked at was a pretty decent place to work at and it made for a great first job.
