Use of circuit breakers and multi amps

I'm thinking about installing 3 RF 1000bd amps, and 2 Power 550X RF amps. I was wondering what is the best way to hook them up. What should do to ensure that enough power is going to these amps. I know that first I should install a bigger alternator and replace the stock battery. If I used caps, how would I install all of this. I have The Car Stereo Cookbook, and it does not discuss powering multiple amps of this magnitude. If anyone out there could please help. My email address is ggrier1@uic.edu THANKS!!!
