Use glue on screws when attaching sub to box?

T-nuts and machine screws

why would you use glue on your screws.. all it would do is make it harder to take out.. what does that have to do with the fumes also?
The glue to make sure it's sealed, after removing the sub a few times, it doesn't screw in as tight anymore. I'm sure the glue won't make a big difference when removing it. As for the fumes, I was asking if the fumes from wood glue (if there even is any) could cause problems for the sub.

 
I meant T-Nuts not taps , I fixed my post.

T-nuts are the best way to install a sub. You can remove the sub as many times as you want and it will always tighten back up correctly plus unlike wood screws, they cannot pull out or loosen by themseves.
