just because some ******* decides to be an imature prick - you can call all marines as such because they wear the same uniform? do you realize that these people have DIED for your ancestors in the past and present? my great grand father was a marine and he was in world war 2, luckily he survived that mess.

and all you can do is post worthless crap on the internet. thats like calling all white people bad people and you have zero respect for them because some white guy drank and drove and killed somone.

be realistic. this is a single case, and i heard about it at work today - and the guy(s) are going to jail. the marines dealt with it swiftly, so how can you say that you have no respect for it. im in the military, people like this are not tolerated at all.

umm ok? I was planning on joining the marines until i met a good bit of them and talked to friends thats in it. And theres no reason for them to be there so no someone does not HAVE to be there. We will be there until armageddon because they will always make some excuse about pulling out much like your father.

Agreed...can't say I've ever had any respect for a marine, and I've known quite a few...they've all been assholes that try to act like they are so presitgious and above the rest of us.

If you took out the money for college scholarships, the money they get paid every week, and the free rent when they live on the base...you wouldnt have 90% of the marines that you do.
