i hate ppl like this...

with all due respect..

hurricanes have been happeneing there since the dawn of time... when LA splits in half from an earthquake.. i wont feel bad - they been predicting it for like the past 50 years.. when you live in tornado ally and get hit by a tornado.. boo fkn hoo.. dont act so shocked...

now i would say these people deserved this money.. if they paid that much money to teh state/government all the times the walls ect.. did protect them from flooding..
