This why I said if you are in Texas. . . .you cant sell out of state from what i was told today.
Did you test it or do you have any links on the XT4000D benchtest? What kind of power output are we looking at?
I personally have not tested one. My comment was that the model number of this amp implies "4000 watt". US Amps rates it at 1500 watts RMS.
Exactly. So many people walk in a store front and start looking at high end equipment and think (or say), man I can get a 10,000 watt brand y amp for $200 on ebay. Now they have a US Amps that can compete with these products. Really nice amp, rated with a high peak wattage, great for people who do not know what is what and only go by what is on the box vs. price. . . .If you know how to look at the correct specs, or ask the right questions, the true ratings are not being hidden.got to take things out of context.
the XTerminator is NOT only for stupid people.... jeez you people take things too seriously. its the entry level line THEREFORE it is rated to appeal to the average joe schmo who wants a little beat in his ride, and doesnt care what an ohm is, HOWEVER it will still outperform anything in its price range, especially hte XT1600.4 that amp is a beast.
We got a nice stock of different XT amps. Already used a couple in installs. Definitely nice for the $$$$.
