US Amps USA-400 Need stats!!

What are the stats on the USA-400...the old school 1400w rms 2 channel amp...i know its 18 inches long...i believe its from 1996 around there..i need to know:

1: fuse rating

2:watts rms bridged to 4 ohm

3:biggest wire it can accept..i think its 4 gauge

4:what colors they come in

anything else that might be helpful..thanks

okay..thats a start..its 225A fuse rating...24" long..but its 1200w rms x1 @ 2 ohm bridged...whats it @ 4 ohm bridged??..is it 700w rms x1 @ 4 ohm??

900 is what i thought too initially...if i was to get this amp from a friend..how much am i looking to spend?? 400?? 600??...since its 225A fuse rating and my 4 channel is 40A..total of 265A...i only have 4 guage wiring..would i need 1/0 to handle 350A total...and would i need a 250A fuse under the hood..with a yellow top under hood as well??..and i have a distro block..how would that work?? a 40A and a 200A fuse in there?? i dunno...this will be a killer amp for my subs....thanks

not sure how much it should cost..Should be a killer amp tho..Run 0 awg wire to a distro block(can put a 300a fuse in if needed). 4 awg from the distro to the amp(can put whatever fuses in the distro). You will most likly have dimming, so i would do the big 3 and change the battery. Battery depends on budget

That's ironic, that's the amp I'm running. You'll soon learn this thing is a power hog.

couldnt i do a run of 1/0 and a run of 8 guage...1/0 for sub amp and 8 guage for 4 channel..and fuse them correctly without a disto block??..but with a yellow top..would i have dimming..i have a 105A alt

u could do that...The battery will help some with the dimming. Since ur alt is somewhat small i would still suggest doing the big 3..

whats subs? Voice coil config? Can't wire three subs @ 4 ohms

i have 3 dual 6's wired to 4 ohm load...or you can wire them to 1 ohm load..i choose 4 ohm less stress on amp

Mine is rated for 120a of fusing I believe. Rated to do about 1100 at 2 ohms bridged and 1100 at 1 ohm stereo.
