US acoustics USB-2080 VS. USB-2100

I am buying a new amp for my Type-R 1221D. I am pretty sure i want a US acoustics amp. But, i cant tell between the USB-2080 and the USB-2100. the 2100 has a bass boost (even though it can distort sound its nice to have) and 103 Signal to Noise Ratio while the 2080 only has 101. Also get an extra 20W lol. Would it be worth an extra 40 bucks???

If you feel the extra power is worth it to you, go for it. I love US Acoustics amps, but only collect the USA-series.
