yeah ive called twice and if i dont get any word today. im calling tomorrow and demanding my money to be refunded. this is bullshit

Yeah they're not the most professional company. I ordered some speakers from them and after I got them decided I didn't want them (The package hadn't been opened AT all, not even looked at) and they still wouldn't take them back. The reply looked like it had been written by a 17 year old kid.

Was something along the lines of "Sorry we cant take it back but the speakers should sound really good compared to what you have now, thanks!"

i got in contact with them today and i talked to josh, he said he would give me instore credit which i am gladly excepting. I will just puchase 2 of the pca2000ds

i have used woofersetc many times with no problems what so ever, they even upgraded my amp kit to 4 g for the price of an 8 g i had ordered, they upgraded my brother to cdt cl61's for the same price of 60a's. I am sure they will get you taken care of.

I read on another forum that the problem is soundstream themselves are out of stock on parts for the 3500d amps so they are not providing RA's till more parts are availble to fix them.

yeah they were waiting for an RA number mainly, but then again id rather not wait for my amp to return to me if you know what i mean

you havent heard all the bad press about the 3500? the guy i got all my SS stuff from quit selling em cause so many came back
