No signing, it was left on my door step. But I agree with you.

so what you gonna do with it? take the loss? i mean its working and all, its just i think if your gonna do the job do it right and ups can **** a dick and pay up. but its up to you.

i packaged it with practically a whole roll of packaging tape, 7 or 8 times around in each direction, pool noodles holding it in place, sometimes twice in some areas, and then peanuts to surround it. it came from the midwest to california, it had a long trip. those scratches were definately not there on the motor when i shipped it, i palced a styrofoam type of thing on the bottom of the box for bottom support, also.

Well I just did a direct swap in the enclosure for Fi SSD (copper coils+BP) with the Mag. The enclosure is a little less than a cube with diplacements and bracing with approx. 10oz. of polyfill. The Mag works and sounds great. So I guess I'll eat the scratched motor and keep the Mag. I guess I'm not overly concerned with the motor being scratched, I would prefer it wasn't but it does not affect performance.
