:crap:
Here is what I found on my door step. I felt sick when I saw this. So I grabbed my camera just in case I needed to file a claim.

I thank PioneerPimps great packing that helped the little sucker survive the trip

The bottom line is that it arrived relatively unscathed and still operational and that's what matters. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

So hooray for that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yea I keep seeing these threads with these huge 45lb+ drivers being shipped in cardboard and stryofoam. Spend the extra $10 and mount it to some MDF or some other type of wood. Cardboard and packaging peanuts don't cut it in my opinion..

Edit - You said that packaging was good? How was it packaged? (Not trying to start anything, just wondering)

I have seen just as much damage with the wood crates, its tough to protect anything the way they get thrown around

It has a lot of those pool noodles and peanuts. I couldn't tell you specifically how it was packaged cause it didn't arrive the way it left I'm sure.

I should have said it survived because of the amount of packing materials inside. The shipper also put plenty of arrows and "this side up" on the package, but I think UPS sees those and says "oh yea I got your this side up buddy", watch this"!!!!

maybe its just me but i wont sign for shit like that.

ask pioneer pimp about the marks and see whats up.

i dont care if its the last sub of its kind, if they ****ed it up and its insured, i want my money. period.

just my .02c

No signing, it was left on my door step. But I agree with you.

I prefer my sellers DO NOT package the sub with wood.

Broken wood rammed right through a cone?
