UPS says delivered...but not?

I ordered a digital camera from walmart a couple years back. It was shipped UPS. I checked the shipping status online and knew it was out for delivery on a day I was going to be home.
So I stayed home all day, pretty much in my living room watching tv. UPS usually delivered in the early afternoon, so I knew around when it should have been there. 6 pm rolls around and no package, so I go to check the status online again to see if it got delayed or something. Well, it said it was delivered to my front door, no signature required, at like 2 pm. I go out to check my porch, nothing.

UPS did not go to my house that afternoon. I would have heard it and if anything, my two dogs usually go nuts whenever they even hear a UPS truck roll up.

I called Walmart and after about a week of them investigating with UPS, they sent me another camera. They must have delivered to the wrong house or something. Maybe my neighbor got a nice new camera for free. UPS does f up.

I completely agree, but I also assert that this seller is no Wal Mart. In this situation the original product needs to be found.

that statement doesn't help the situation, I hope you apologized for taking so long. Wouldn't you get mad if you paid for a meal and it took 4 hours to get it? wouldn't it make you upset if you had to wait weeks to get treated in a hospital? If you wouldn't want to wait for something you've paid for, what makes you think seattle would? I mean treat people like you want to be treated, that's all

while i am irritated it took over 2 months for u to ship it, and now i have no need for the amp which means i have to go post it back up for sale and lose money selling it so i can get the money i need quickly, its not ur fault the amp didnt arrive at the right house. they said the address shipped to was **** Main St. Seattle, WA 98177. the zip is correct but ive never heard, seen, or been to a Main St. Ill get on there *** tomorrow. im sure everything will work out. except now i have to go sell this amp...

my main question is.....Why didnt you just refund me the $$ during my 2 month wait? you could have saved your rep and easily sold to someone else.
