lol, should of just printed the label of the net at the 16$

He did. Look at the picture, it says it was processed for a total of 16.

Then they charged his card another 70 bucks later on down the road.

ok..problem seems to be solved

they charged me express shipping but the package was sent standard

customer rep told me that they will issue a refund within the next couple of days

we'll see....
