UPS Fuccked Me Over!

I shipped a package to Canada.

Customer service rep told me that it would be $16.

I also have a screenshot saved where the balance came out to be $16:

these motherfucckers charged me $89 to ship the package!! They didnt even notify me or anything.

I just sent them an email. They aint picking up the phone at this time.

This is bullshit!

Sounds like a reason for a CC chargeback to me.

Although I'm sure somewhere in their agreement for online payment they have a clause that says they're not responsible for this stuff and prices can change at any time with no notification.

Shipping to Canada sucks. Technically the extra fees aren't UPS fees but actual Canadian Taxes and Customs Brokers Fees. They still should have told you about the extra fees though.

He shipped the package TO canada..i dont understand why he would have customs fee's hes not the receiver.
