Well got my 12" Napalm in today. First off, it's a friggin BEAST. So heavy and strong. Anyways, when I was wiring the coils, I notice a crack in two different spokes side by side. One of the spokes was completly cracked, and the other was cracked about halfways. Filed a claim with UPS and hopefully getting $300 out of it, for which it was insured. How long does it take usually to get the money.

Box is 2.9cu @ 30hz w/ 40" of port. Sub is Dual 2 wired to 1ohm on a Hifonics bxi-1500d

took me a month and a half until they sent the cheque

BUT

they're ****ing douchebags, and they send it to the sender of the item, because its them who paid for insurance... so you have to contact the sender, and get them to contact UPS and let them know its okay to get hte cheque sent directly to you...
