How dare they have a train derailment while delivering your package. Irresponsible bastards did it on purpose Im sure.

indeed, how irresponsible of them. DHL would not let something as simple as "the train falling of the tracks" stop them, lol.
But its so funny how many people have had issues with UPS. I have not every had one issue with them "knock on wood" either shipping or recieving something.
Fedex is a different story, stuff always gets here on time and in one piece, just a different issue every time. I had that same thing happen to me only I never received the items, luckily I was able to get a refund after the seller contacted ups and filed a insurance claim. Best of luck to you man hope you get it worked out.

Also; does anyone know how Knu ships their stuff out? USPS? UPS? FedEx? DHL?
Their order status service is down so idk whether it's tracking #'d or not and I ordered some RCAs / wires.
